Unfortunately the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) and the American Bank Note Co (ABNCo) no longer issue Souvenir Cards for numismatic or philatelic events as they once did. and can now only be acquired on the secondary market. This Souvenir Card was issued for the
1970 International Stamp Exposition (INTERPEX), in New York City.
